We want you to be completely satisfied with Gloss. If you're not happy with your paid subscription for any reason, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
- This is your first refund request for Gloss
- You have not previously received a refund for the same subscription
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at thomas@retrove.net
- Include your account email address
- Provide a brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through the Gloss extension side panel
- Via the Stripe customer portal
- By contacting us at thomas@retrove.net
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Requests made after 7 days from the initial purchase
- Renewal payments (only the initial subscription purchase is covered)
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial months of service (we do not prorate refunds)
Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside of our standard policy, please contact us. We review each case individually and strive to be fair and reasonable.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
